Koride Valve Stem Axial Multiple Sealing System


Keride has carefully designed a three-step valve stem sealing system for reliable and maintenance-free services, providing unparalleled sealing and achieving long-term zero leakage performance

The primary seal transmits pre applied pressure to the spherical curved surface of the lining valve plate shaft head through an elastic disc spring;

The secondary seal incorporates elastic PTFE sealing rings into the grooves machined on the upper and lower hubs of the valve plate, which are made of pure PTFE material

Covering the surface of the valve seat, during the valve assembly process, the sealing ring is compressed by the valve plate and valve seat, and is squeezed, producing

Generate upward and downward pressure, thereby acting as a seal;

The third stage seal uses a pressure block and an O-ring in the middle of the valve stem, which is compressed during the assembly process of the elastic disc spring and valve

Axial transmission of pre applied pressure causes the O-ring to tighten the protruding liner of the valve seat.
