With the development of modern manufacturing industry, more and more enterprises are realizing intelligent integration. For example, pneumatic and electric series are controlled remotely by valve actuators or valve devices, reducing the burden of human resources and being favored by users. Here is a brief explanation of the requirements and conditions for the use of pneumatic valve devices, hoping to be helpful. Firstly, we need to know why pneumatic valves and ball valves have become so popular recently, as both pneumatic and electric actuators are generally more expensive than pneumatic actuators. However, pneumatic devices are limited by air source conditions, so they are still highly recommended when air source conditions permit. Secondly, it is important to have a clear understanding of pneumatic valves. It is a valve driven by compressed air. The method of purchasing pneumatic valves that only specify the specifications, categories, and working pressure to meet the procurement requirements can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal, and radioactive media. In the current market economy environment, it is not perfect. Because pneumatic valve manufacturers, in order to compete for their products, have carried out different innovations under the unified design concept of pneumatic valves, forming their own enterprise standards and product personalities. Therefore, it is necessary to provide detailed technical requirements and coordinate with the manufacturer to reach a consensus when purchasing pneumatic valves, as an attachment to the pneumatic valve procurement contract. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in pipelines. Then there are the general requirements for valves
1. The specifications and categories of pneumatic valves produced should comply with the requirements of pipeline design documents. 2. The model of the pneumatic valve should indicate the national standard number requirements based on. If it is a corporate standard, the relevant description of the model should be indicated. 3. The working pressure of pneumatic valves is required to be ≥ the working pressure of the pipeline. Without affecting the price, the working pressure that the valve can withstand should be greater than the actual working pressure of the pipeline; When the pneumatic valve is closed, either side should be able to withstand 1.1 times the valve working pressure without leakage; When the valve is open, the valve body should be able to withstand the requirement of twice the working pressure of the valve. 4. The manufacturing standard for pneumatic valves should specify the national standard number based on which they are manufactured. If it is an enterprise standard, the procurement contract should be accompanied by the enterprise document. Finally, the installation and use of pneumatic valves (1) must undergo pre installation inspection and switch operation test before installation and use. Only under normal operating conditions can it be installed and used.
(2) The installation of pneumatic valves should be as concentric as possible with the pipeline flange and supported for fixation. The ball valve should not be subjected to other external forces to avoid damage to the middle seal of the valve and deformation of the valve. Causing ineffective valve opening and closing and damage to the valve, making it unusable. (3) To ensure that the power supply provided by the balloon valve and pneumatic components is clean and free from oil and water as much as possible. The cleanliness should be less than 0.4 micrometers. (4) Before connecting to the air source, it is necessary to clean the air supply pipeline, air source interface, switches and other components to prevent malfunctions caused by uncleaned pipelines carrying dirt and sand rushing into the pneumatic actuator unit. (5) The connections of pneumatic actuators, solenoid valves, positioners, filters, pressure reducing valves, etc. can be made using copper or nylon pipes. To prevent dust and reduce noise, exhaust outlets should be equipped with silencers or silencing throttle valves. (6) After installation, the pneumatic valve should be tested, and the pneumatic actuator should be pressurized to the rated value, with a pressure of 0.4-0.7 MPa. The pneumatic ball valve should be tested for opening and closing, and the valve's opening and closing status should be observed. It should rotate flexibly without jamming. If there is a blockage in the switch, the air pressure can be increased, and the valve can be adjusted to be flexible by repeatedly opening and closing. (7) When installing and debugging switch type pneumatic valves, first use a manual device (the manual button on the solenoid valve) for debugging, and then power on for debugging after the action is normal. (8) Pneumatic valves should be regularly maintained and the rotating parts of the valve stem should be refueled with oil every three months. Regularly drain and discharge water from the pneumatic execution unit and the air filter used in conjunction.Under normal circumstances, it should be inspected every six months and repaired once a year.
