AT cylinder manual:
1. The cylinder body is made of extruded aluminum alloy, which has undergone hard anodizing treatment. The inner surface is hard and made of low friction materials. Sliding bearings avoid direct contact between metals, have flexible rotation, low friction coefficient, and long service life.
2. The compact dual piston toothed rack structure ensures accurate meshing and constant output torque.
3. The bottom output shaft of the actuator has circular or double square mounting holes (in accordance with ISO.5211 standard) that users can choose according to their needs, and we can also customize according to requirements. The top and top holes of the output shaft, as well as the air source holes, comply with NAMUR or VDIVDE 3845 standards. 4. According to user needs, various devices and configuration interfaces such as solenoid valves, positioners, and communicators should be provided and installed, all of which comply with the VDINDE 3845 standard.
5. The same specifications include double acting and single acting (spring return). Each form has multiple specifications, and each specification has multiple models, such as: normally open, normally closed, single electric control, double electric control, ordinary type, explosion-proof type, etc; The company's products are applicable to the water supply and drainage, heat supply, petroleum, chemical, refining, paper making, power, pharmacy, food processing, ships, coal, building automation and other working conditions of pipeline valves.
6. The rotation angle of the standard actuator can be adjusted from -5 to+5 from both ends of the cylinder.
7. Selection and installation of AT type actuators with air pressure of 4~7bar: When using pneumatic actuators, first determine the torque of the valve and consider the pipeline medium; Increase the safety value by 25% for water vapor or non lubricating media; Non lubricated dry gas medium increases the safety value by 60%; Increase the safety value of 100% for particle powder media transported by non lubricating gas; For clean and frictionless lubricating media, increase the safety value by 20%, and then search for a double acting or single acting torque gauge based on the working pressure of the air source to obtain the accurate actuator model.
The correct installation accuracy of pneumatic actuators and valves directly affects the safe operation and service life of the actuators. Reasonable installation means that the central axis of the actuator and the valve stem must be coaxial and connected reasonably for installation.
Before assembling the actuator and valve, the valve torque should be measured and should not exceed the required torque. After assembly, the pneumatic actuator and valve are tested simultaneously, and the valve is pressurized to the rated sealing pressure. The actuator is operated at a gas source pressure of 0.4~0 TMPa or according to the air supply pressure required by the user, switch the two intake ports of the pneumatic actuator for air intake, observe the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, and there should be no pauses or crawling phenomenon. The switch should rotate flexibly and multiple repeated tests should be conducted.

Function and purpose of actuators and accessories
1. Double acting pneumatic actuator: Two position control for valve opening and closing.
2. Spring return type: In the event of circuit or gas circuit interruption or malfunction, the valve automatically opens or closes.
3. Single electric control solenoid valve: When powered on, the valve opens or closes, and when powered off, the valve closes or opens. (Explosion proof type available).
4. Dual electric control solenoid valve: When one coil is powered on, the valve opens, and when the other coil is powered on, the valve closes, with memory function (explosion-proof type available)
5. Limit switch feedback device: remotely transmit the signal of the valve's switch position (explosion-proof type can be provided).
6. Electrical locator: Adjust and control the medium flow of the valve based on the size of the current signal (standard 4-20mA). (Explosion proof type available).
7. Pneumatic locator: Based on the air pressure signal (scale 0 The size of 02-0.1MPa regulates and controls the medium flow rate of the valve.
8. Electrical converter: Converts current signals into air pressure signals and is used in conjunction with pneumatic positioners. (Explosion proof type available).
9. Air source treatment triple component: including air pressure reducing valve, filter, oil mist device, which can stabilize, clean, and lubricate moving parts of the air source.
Manual operation mechanism: Automatic control can be used for manual operation under abnormal conditions.
